SCADA SE Concrete
Brief Description
SCADA SE Concrete is a unified, complete application for static and dynamic analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures, in accordance with the applicable Greek Regulations, Eurocodes, and the corresponding national annexes of Greece and most European countries.
It also includes the production of construction drawings, formwork and reinforcement plans, the preliminary measurement of materials, and the complete production of the study document.

New SCADA SE Concrete home screen: more user-friendly, more attractive, and more functional.
New “Edit” tab, which now contains individual commands from the multiple selection dialog box.
Modeling
Automatic process for recognizing cross-sections and creating the model of the entire structure (superstructure, foundation) from a dxf or dwg file.
Complete libraries of standard concrete cross-sections, as well as random cross-sections.
Mixed and uneven foundations with footings, connectors, beams, footing beams with full interaction between foundation and superstructure.
Linear finite elements: Truss element, beam element, beam element on elastic soil.
Infinite simulation possibilities for inclined beams, columns of random cross-section, slabs with holes, floors, pools, etc.
Automatic simulation of infill walls with cross bars.
Display messages for possible errors in the geometry and model of the carrier.
Loads
You can enter the loads you want on the members graphically. All types of loads are supported, such as uniformly distributed forces, concentrated forces, concentrated forces, torsional moments, settlements, loads due to temperature changes, etc.
The loads and combinations provided for by EC0 are automatically calculated by the program with full intervention capability by the designer.
Wind and snow loads are also automatically generated in accordance with EC1 and automatically assigned to members with corresponding load creation, ready for analysis.
Display selected load in red.
Plate loading and insertion
The recognition of slabs in SCADA SE Concrete is performed automatically with automatic determination of their support conditions.
Plates of any shape and type (Conventional, Zoellner, Sandwich) are supported.
The minimum plate thickness is calculated automatically based on the slenderness check.
Slab loads can be entered collectively for all slabs or selectively with the option of immediate editing and modification.
Loads can be entered uniformly linearly or segmentally.
Loads are transferred with a single click on the columns, lintels, and coupling beams, with the corresponding leakage lines and influence areas displayed for each member.
The loads of the members are calculated using the Marcus coefficient method depending on the support conditions of the slab.
Display warning messages for possible errors in the user’s load entry.
Types of Analysis
All analysis methods are included.
Simple static analysis for vertical loads.
Linear simplified spectral method (Equivalent spectral method).
Linear dynamic spectral method.
New high-speed ACE Power Solver
64-bit technology for maximum speed and accuracy.
The new version of SCADA SE Concrete has a new super-fast multithreaded solver that totally uses the multiple cores of the latest processors and all the RAM of 64-bit systems. of 64-bit systems. This solver, combined with the latest algorithms for matrix formation, equation system solving, and large data storage, belongs to the most modern methods of high performance computing (HPC) used by the most reliable software worldwide and enables the solution of very large problems.
Seismic Design – Checks (EAQ, EC8)
Design spectra and checks based on EC8 and applicable Greek regulations. Possibility of importing spectra from the designer.
Classification of the body based on the provisions of EC8.
Automatic creation and calculation of load combinations for both ultimate limit states (ULS) and serviceability limit states (SLS)
All checks required by EAK and EKOS are carried out, as well as the corresponding checks (regularity in plan and elevation, type of construction, etc.) of EC8.
Also included are the provisions and controls of the 1959 earthquake regulation and the additional provisions of 1984 with rectangular and triangular distribution of the earthquake.
Results (Post Processor)
Three-dimensional visualization of the stress and deformation state of the structure for complete oversight at all times.
The results section, presented in a modern graphical environment, provides you with all the tools you need to view the members of your structure, including color-coded diagrams for any intensive quantity, such as load, combination, or environment.
Simply select the sizes and display scale and quickly and easily locate the members with the highest stresses or deformations.
You can also see the deformed structure moving in space for any static or seismic load and mode.
Design – EKOS, EC2
Automatic dimensioning of the structure based on EC2 or applicable Greek regulations (EKOS) with a single command.
All parameters for selecting checks and reinforcement preferences for structural elements
Possibility of multiple test dimensioning based on different parameters and regulations and with intensive sizes from different analysis methods for direct comparison of results.
Calculation of resistance moments based on M-N interaction diagrams. Three-dimensional, color display of diagrams. Resistance values for any value of axial force N.
New powerful editors for columns, beams, slabs, and footings for modifying and editing reinforcement. Three-dimensional display of reinforcement layout. Automatic recheck for bending and shear and recalculation of resistance moments from M-N interaction diagrams.
Construction drawings – Formwork – Reinforcement drawings
Two-way communication with the unrivaled GstarCAD general design program, fully compatible with ACAD
The new version of SCADA SE Concrete fully integrates the automatic export of formwork to the GstarCAD general design program for further processing. Communication is carried out via dwg files and takes just one click.
