CHAPTER 1 "BASICS" 37 4.1.4 Surface Select the surface either by left-clicking within the 2D or 3D interface, or from the list in the "Tree". You have the option to select individual surface elements. The selected surfacing is colored to make it easy to locate within the desktop. The "Properties" field displays all the characteristics of the selected surface.
